By purchasing through WeShare, you agree to the following:
- Mission & Bundle
WeShare exists to empower education, sustainability, and community well-being. Each purchase of Share the Commons includes lifetime access to the WeShareDream private social network. - Who Can Participate
Anyone—nonprofits, educators, creators, businesses, or individuals—can share the game and enjoy the community experience. - Responsibilities
All participants agree to ethical promotion, legal compliance, and accurate representation of the game and network. FTC disclosures are required if promoting as an affiliate. - Payments & Earnings (For Affiliates)
Referral earnings are tracked in your dashboard and paid monthly via PayPal. We reserve the right to withhold payouts in cases of fraud or abuse. - Marketing & Communications
By engaging with WeShare, you agree to receive occasional email and SMS updates. Message & data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time. We never sell personal data. - Use of the Game & Network
Share the Commons is provided as a nonpartisan educational tool to support learning, community engagement, and shared values. Lifetime access to WeShareDream allows members to create profiles, connect, and share ideas with like-minded people. - Legal & Compliance
All users must follow applicable laws (FTC, CAN-SPAM, GDPR/CCPA, copyright). Promotion and use must reflect WeShare’s values and remain truthful. - Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, remove all links and materials. Final eligible earnings for affiliates will be paid. - Limitation of Liability
WeShare is not liable for indirect damages, third-party interruptions, platform downtime, or shipping delays. Participation is at your own risk. - Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. No returns or refunds. - Fulfillment & Shipping
WeShare handles all order packing and shipping using trusted carriers such as USPS. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the package is shipped. Shipping details are collected solely to fulfill your order. - Disputes & Governing Law
Unresolved issues will be handled by binding arbitration under U.S. law in Sonoma County, California. These Terms are governed by U.S. and California law. - Changes to Terms
