1. Our Mission & Your Role
WeShare exists to foster a world where peace, equity, education, sustainability, and shared resources empower communities.
When you purchase Share the Commons, you gain lifetime access to WeShareDream, a private social network for people who share your values.
If you choose to participate as an affiliate, your role is to help share the game + network bundle with others. Affiliates receive a fixed $5 commission for each game sale referred through their unique link. Your participation supports the growth of a global, values-aligned community, not profit redistribution.
2. Who Can Participate
- Anyone can purchase the game and join WeShareDream.
- Anyone can become a WeShare affiliate: individuals, nonprofits, educators, creators, community organizers, or everyday supporters.
- Participation is voluntary, and members agree to engage ethically, respectfully, and in alignment with the community values of peace, equity, and sustainability.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
WeShare affiliates agree to:
✅ Use only their assigned affiliate link for tracking sales.
✅ Promote the game and network bundle ethically and transparently.
✅ Respect privacy, copyrights, and applicable laws.
✅ Disclose their affiliate relationship clearly, as required by FTC guidelines.
✅ Center promotions on impact, education, and community benefit.
Affiliates act independently and are responsible for their own marketing methods and expenses. WeShare does not assign duties, schedules, or sales quotas. Affiliates are not employees, agents, or representatives of WeShare.
4. Earnings and Payments
✅ Affiliates earn $5 per completed sale referred through their unique link.
✅ Commissions are tracked in real-time via the affiliate dashboard.
✅ Payments are issued monthly via PayPal to the email provided by the affiliate.
✅ There is no minimum payout threshold.
✅ We reserve the right to withhold payments in cases of fraud, policy violations, or abuse.
✅ Commissions are based on the actual sale price paid at checkout.
Affiliates are responsible for any tax obligations that may apply to their earnings.
5. Pricing & Transparency
WeShare sets fair sale prices for the game + network bundle to support our mission. Prices may be updated at any time.
6. Nonprofit & Mission Alignment
WeShare supports the values of:

8. Marketing & Communications
By participating in WeShare, you agree to receive occasional communications including:

✅ Impact updates
✅ Affiliate tips
✅ Mission-aligned opportunities
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. SMS messages can be opted out of by replying STOP. We do not sell or share your personal data outside of platform-related services and mission-aligned communications.
9. Legal & Ethical Compliance
All affiliates must comply with:
✅ FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosures
✅ CAN-SPAM and anti-spam laws
✅ Global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
✅ Copyright and intellectual property rules
WeShare is built on trust. Promotion should always be honest, ethical, and aligned with community values.
10. Term & Termination
✅ Participation begins when you join as an affiliate or purchaser.
✅ Either party may terminate at any time, with or without cause.
✅ Upon termination, remove all WeShare links and materials.
✅ Commissions already earned will be paid before full deactivation.
✅ We reserve the right to suspend participants who violate terms or community values.
11. Returns & Refunds
All sales of Share the Commons + WeShareDream bundle are final.
If your game arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for support.
12. Fulfillment & Shipping
✅ Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
✅ Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
✅ WeShare is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments after handoff to carriers.
✅ Customers must provide accurate shipping information; incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
13. Limitations of Liability
WeShare is not responsible for indirect damages, outages, or third-party service interruptions. Participation is at your own risk.
14. Dispute Resolution
Unresolved disputes will be handled through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules, in Sonoma County, California.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by U.S. law and California law. Disputes are exclusively resolved in Sonoma County, California courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
WeShare may update these Terms at any time.

✅ Continued participation implies acceptance.
✅ Users should review Terms periodically for updates.
